Thanks, I really appreciate! We are almost there…
Dear Peat,
Many years ago, in the early to mid-1990s, I knew you through a mutual acquaintance in the Women’s National Book Association. You gave me a wonderful postcard with a cartoon you had drawn—“TASTEE MEAT FOOD.” To this day I have saved it, and I would dearly love to have a wall-sized reproduction. Is there any way …?
Google is my friend—what a pleasure to be able to find you zooming around these electrons!
Best wishes,
Brie Dodson
Hi Brie, I wish I had time to view my websites and respond to comments. I have more of those postcards, but they are all based on cartoons I drew in a small sketchbook. I may still have the original as I keep all journals and travel sketchbooks.
Those postcards date back to my California years during the late 1970s and the early 1980s.
I have been making larger framable versions of my paintings and drawings. I can ask the scanner and photographer I’ve been working with what the fee would be. My full color paintings enlarged and printed do cost. Maybe B&W won’t be as expensive.
Glad to hear you enjoy my artwork.
